Once a month we hold clinic days for certain specialities at a reduced rate for our clients.
Dental Day
Our routine dental day is run by our vet Dr Georgie Courage. This clinic is designed for your yearly or 6-monthly routine dentals with the benefit of having a images taken of your horses teeth with a special camera called an oroscope. This is particularly useful for tracking changes in dental problems such as diastema, caries and fractured teeth. As we hold these at the hospital you also have the added benefit of having your horse safely in the stocks whilst sedated. The dental day is the same price as your routine dental out on the road and is included on our Healthy Horse Plan.
The dental day includes:
- Sedation
- Full oral examination
- Imaging with the oroscope for free
- Routine rasping
- Identification of dental problems
- In the safety of the stocks at the hospital

Gastrscopy Clinic
Our gastroscopy clinics are run by Dr Sonia Gonzalez Medina, our internal medicine specialist. This is a great opportuniity to get your horse "scoped" if you are at all suspicious of gastric ulcers. If you want to make sure your horses stomach is clear of ulcers before or after a season competing or before starting a young horses education this clinic allows you to do that at a reduced cost.
