Equine Gastric Ulceration Syndrome (EGUS) is commonly found in foals and horses of all types. In the hospital we have a 3m video endoscope which is routinely used in medical cases suspicious of EGUS but is also carried out with colics, poor performance and loss of weight.

This procedure is carried out under sedation and readily tolerated by all horses.
