OVER GROUND ENDOSCOPY

The Endell Equine Hospital has also been using an over ground scope since 2010, which is a dynamic approach to viewing the horse’s upper respiratory tract when in full exercise. 

This has the advantage of identifying problems which are only visible when the horse is exercising.  This obviously gives a more accurate diagnosis of respiratory problems which lead to the most appropriate treatment. A full recording of the upper respiratory tract is obtained at the time.

This procedure is available to any racehorse or competition horse/pony.
